Das Ultraschall Wanddickemessgerät TI-CMXDL gehört zu unseren besten Wanddickenmessgeräten, die sowohl Schichtdicken als auch Wanddicken zuverlässig und schnell messen können - von nur einer Seite! Die Schichtdicke wird von der Wanddicke automatisch ausgeschlossen, wenn der Puls-Echo Modus eingeschaltet ist. So können Sie die feinsten Unebenheiten und Korrosionen zu erkennen, ohne die Beschichtung entfernen zu müssen.
Zu den Funktionen dieses professionellen Wanddickenmessers gehört unter anderem ein B-Scan, mit dem eine Profilansicht des Testmaterials, z.B. Rückwände oder die Unterseiten von Röhren oder Behältern, wiedergegeben werden kann. Die B-Bild-Erzeugung findet mit einer Rate von sieben Sekunden pro Abbildung statt (von rechts nach links).
Weitere fünf benutzerdefinierte Betriebsmodi sind vorinstalliert:
Coating On: Misst Wanddicken im Puls-Echo Modus. Die Wanddicke und die Schichtdicke werden separat angezeigt.
Coating Off: Misst Wanddicken im Puls-Echo Modus. Es wird nur die Wanddicke angezeigt.
Temperature Compensated: Misst Wanddicken im Puls-Echo Modus und verändert automatisch die Kalibrierung, um Temperaturveränderungen des Materials zu kompensieren.
Thru-Coat: Misst die Wanddicke mit dem Echo-Echo Modus (die Beschichtung wird nicht berücksichtigt).
Coating Only: Misst NUR die Dicke der Beschichtung.
